Join the "D-C Crew" for some holiday cheer! As usual, we will be trying bottled wines, wines just put to barrel, tank samples and library surprises. As well as, enjoying some great wintery food prepared by Kurt from The Chef's Touch. Oh, and don't forget the gift raffle we will be having- you must be present to win so don't be late! "Winemaking 101"
Join us for our FIRST EVER seminar to walk you through our entire winemaking process. And what a better time to do this then right, smack-dab in the middle of harvest! We will be presenting you with a full slide-show to walk you through the process of bringing in the fruit, crushing, destemming, pressing, racking, punching down, pump overs, barreling, fining, filtration and bottling. Because we may still be in the middle of harvest, some of this presentation may be on a very intimate basis! We will be sampling bottled wines, barrel samples and brand new wines. So please join us for this very special occassion.
A gourmet, box-lunch is included; we will be sending out a menu to those of you who purchase tickets so that you can choose your favorite lunch.

Spanish Wine & Tapas
For those of you who attended our D-C Wines Pinot Noir and Chardonnay pairings at our tasting room in Solvang, you know how much fun we had. For those who couldn't make any of them, here is your chance!We are starting this year's "Wine & Food Pairings" featuring the Spanish wines of "Curran": Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Tempranillo and the NEW Grenache. Kris & Bruno, along with Kurt Alldredge of The Chef's Touch will be designing a menu that showcases the foods of Spain, while being perfectly paired to the different Spanish varietals we produce.
