Four new French oak barrels from our 2017 Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnay were selected to showcase their seamless integration and balanced acidity, with round, silky tannins. Pale straw in color, with notes of apricots, ripe melons, hazelnuts, almonds, caramel, and toasted brioche. 

Pair with Shellfish, such as Crab, Scallops, and Lobster, served with rich Buttery Sauces, Creamy Pasta Dishes, or as an Apertif with Triple Cream Cheeses, Fried Fruits, and Nuts.
