This bright, crisp Chardonnay is made entirely in stainless steel, allowing it to maintain its true varietal character.  Pale straw-green in color, with notes of pineapple, lemon zest, and green apples, this wine maintains its vibrant acidity throughout its long finish.  Pairs with oysters, shellfish, salads and simply prepared fish and chicken.

This Pinot Noir is dark ruby in color.  Beautiful aromatics of cherry pie, black plums, and pomegranate with hints of violets and nuances of sandalwood.  This wine is dark and brooding yet is lifted with playful fruitiness.  Bold, yet restrained tannins lend themselves to a long lingering finish.  Pairs well with Grilled Meats, Wild Salmon, Game, Duck Confit, Seared Ahi or simple Burgers and Pizzas.
