We will be presenting you with a full slide-show to walk you through the process of bringing in the fruit, crushing, destemming, pressing, racking, punching down, pump overs, barreling, fining, filtration and bottling. Because we may still be in the middle of harvest, some of this presentation may be on a very intimate basis! We will be sampling bottled wines, barrel samples and brand new wines.
