Dark garnet in color with wonderful aromatics of blackberries and black cherry, with hints of violets, sandalwood, and cardamom. This Pinot Noir is rich, with excellent structure and silky tannins, leading to a very long, supple finish.
Pairs well with Grilled Meats, Middle Eastern dishes, Indian Cuisine or simple Burgers and Pizzas.
Palate Notes: This dry white is pale straw-green in color. Fresh aromas of peaches, mango, grapefruit, fresh ginger and honeysuckle with hints of lime and tarragon. Firm yet silky tannins, with a beautiful middle and super-crisp acidity on the finish.
