Pale blush in color, this dry Rosé is refreshingly clean with notes of strawberry, white raspberries and hints of gardenia and mint. This wine has beautiful structure with firm, yet velvety, tannins and a crisp, lingering finish. During winter pair this Rosé with Stews and Braised Meats, such as Oxtail, Osso Bucco, Veal Cheeks & Shortribs. For summer this is a “stand alone wine” or pair with Salads, Seafood, Chilled Soups, and even Barbequed Ribs, and for Breakfast or Brunches, this is great with Quiches and Bacon.

A clean and fruity, dry white wine with notes of ripe mango, white peaches, and hints of passion fruit and elderflowers. Medium bodied, with balanced acidity, firm tannis, and a clean, crisp finish. Perfect as a “patio” wine, to sip by itself, it also pairs extremely well with spicy foods including Mexican, Thai and Indian cuisines.
Palate Notes: Deep garnet in color with notes of boysenberry, raspberry and cranberries, this Tempranillo is laced with mulled wine spices, dried strawberries and fine leather. Broad in the mouth with a dusting of silky tannins and a beautiful plum-jam finish.
Serving Suggestions: Pairs with Grilled Meats and Vegetables, Paellas, Tomato-Based Soups and Sauces, Charcuterie and Hard Cheeses, such as Manchego and Midnight Moon.
June Wine Club Release
Dark ruby in color with wonderful aromatics of blackberry cobbler, plum and raspberry jam, hints of lavender, blueberry and nuances of coffee and nutmeg. This Pinot Noir is dark and brooding, yet is lifted with exotic fruitiness. Bold, velvety tannins lend themselves to a long, lingering finish. Pairs well with Grilled Meats, Wild Salmon, Game, Duck Confit, Seared Ahi or simple Burgers and Pizzas.
