Pale Blush in color, this dry Rosé is refreshingly clean with notes of strawberry, watermelon, mango, and hints of white jasmine. This wine has a beautiful structure with firm, yet velvety, tannins and a crisp, lingering finish. During winter pair this Rosé with Stews and Braised Meats, such as Oxtail, Osso Bucco, Veal Cheeks & Shortribs. For summer this is a “stand-alone wine” or pair with Salads, seafood, chilled soups, and even barbequed ribs.

A clean and fruity, dry white wine with notes of ripe Bosc pear, white peaches, honeydew melon and hints of guava and elderflowers. This wine has a medium body, crisp acidity and well-balanced tannins. Perfect as a “patio” wine, to sip by itself, it also pairs extremely well with spicy foods including Mexican, Thai and Indian cuisines.

Dark ruby in color with wonderful aromatics of blackberry cobbler, plum and raspberry jam, hints of lavender, blueberry and nuances of coffee and nutmeg. This Pinot Noir is dark and brooding, yet is lifted with exotic fruitiness. Bold, velvety tannins lend themselves to a long, lingering finish. Pairs well with Grilled Meats, Wild Salmon, Game, Duck Confit, Seared Ahi or simple Burgers and Pizzas.
