Pale Blush in color, this dry Róse is refreshingly clean with notes of strawberry, white raspberries and hints of honeysuckle and mint. This wine has beautiful structure with firm, yet silky, tannins and a crisp, lingering finish. During winter, pair this Róse with Stews and Braised Meats, such as Oxtail, Osso Bucco, and Shortribs. For summer, this is a “stand alone wine,” or pair with Salads, Seafood, Chilled Soups and even Barbequed Ribs, and for Breakfast or Brunches, this is great with Quiches and Bacon.
Pale straw-green in color. Notes of pineapple, Key lime, tropical flowers, and green apples with nuances of coconut and brioche. This wine has a medium body with great minerality and maintains a vibrant acidity throughout its long finish. Serving Suggestions Pair with Shellfish, Shrimp Ceviche, Salads, Pasta Primavera, Asian Noodle dishes, or simply prepared Fish and Chicken.

Dark plum in color with brilliant aromatics of Bing cherries and strawberries, accompanied by hints of violets and blackberry. This Barbera is rich, silky, and beautifully structured with luxurious tannins, leading to an elegant finish. Pairs well with Tomato-Based Italian Cuisine, Grilled Steaks, Duck, or simple Burgers and Pizzas.
Dark garnet in color with brilliant aromatics of Rainer cherry, wild rose, and pomegranates, accompanied by hints of lavender, and sandalwood. This Pinot Noir is rich, yet demure, and beautifully structured with subtle, silky tannins, leading to an elegant finish. Pairs well with cleanly Grilled Ahi, Wild Game, Duck, and Steak Tartare, or, for dessert, Cherry Ice Cream.
Palate Notes: This dry white is pale straw-green in color. Fresh aromas of peaches, mango, grapefruit, fresh ginger and honeysuckle with hints of lime and tarragon. Firm yet silky tannins, with a beautiful middle and super-crisp acidity on the finish.

A clean and fruity, dry white wine with notes of ripe mango, white peaches, and hints of passion fruit and elderflowers. Medium bodied, with balanced acidity, firm tannins, and a clean, crisp finish. Perfect as a “patio” wine, to sip by itself, it also pairs extremely well with spicy foods including Mexican, Thai and Indian cuisines.
Black cherry in color with aromatics of boysenberry, and dark plum, accompanied by suggestions of fine leather and cardamom. This Pinot Noir is bold, with excellent structure and firm tannins, leading to a lasting, rich, and supple finish. Pairs well with Grilled Meats, Pâté, Oxtail Phó, and Beef Bourguignon, or, for dessert, Chocolate Soufflé.
