Ripe pear and apple notes, with suggestions of honey and almond, this dry white is crisp with racy minerality and a well-balanced finish. Pair with light Pasta Dishes, especially Pasta Primavera, as well as Veal, Pork, Crudités, and Soft, Creamy Cheeses.

This Pinot Noir is rich, with excellent structure and silky tannins, leading to a very long, beautiful finish. Pairs well with Grilled Meats, Wild Salmon, Game, Duck Confit, Seared Ahi or simple Burgers and Pizzas.
Palate Notes: This dry white is pale straw-green in color. Fresh aromas of peaches, mango, grapefruit, fresh ginger and honeysuckle with hints of lime and tarragon. Firm yet silky tannins, with a beautiful middle and super-crisp acidity on the finish.
Serving Suggestions: Pair with Grilled Artichokes, Schnitzel, Soft Cheeses, such as Camembert, Fresh Ricotta or Grilled Haloumi, and Vegetable Crudites.
